Smith, Gambrell & Russell Represents Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group in Acquisition
Prominent law firm Smith, Gambrell, & Russell (SGR) is recently announced that the firm served as legal counsel to Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group as it moved to be acquired by Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA). The deal, closed on January 12, 2017 includes Trinity Healthcare Staffing as well as Trinity’s facilities brand Simpli FM Managed Services (known collectively as Trinity).
Trinity, a healthcare staffing agency focused on placing travel nurses on assignments in all 50 states as well as the Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Simpli FM Managed Services arm provides contingent healthcare workforce services to hospitals across the nation.
Representing two of the most rapidly growing travel nurse staffing agencies in the field, TNAA and Trinity focus on placing talented caregivers in job situations they love by means of a transparent process and unrivaled customer service. With the acquisition of Trinity, TNAA will be able to place travel nurses with a wider range of travel assignments. In turn, TNAA can now provide facilities with a broader pool of qualified and experienced travel nurses.
